  • 0.5 cup sugar-free tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute or until melted. Stir until smooth.
