Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1-2 minutes, or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds to ensure the mixture is smooth.
