  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until the cheeses are completely melted and combined into a smooth mixture.
