  • 0.75 cup pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs together with the vanilla extract and melted butter until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
