Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized Rutabaga
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel the rutabagas and cut them into thin fry-like strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, lemon juice, and chili flakes.
