Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Peel the turnips and cut them into thin strips, resembling French fries.
