Start by preparing the Peri Peri marinade. In a blender, combine the red bell pepper, bird's eye chilies, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, coriander, salt, black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and white wine vinegar. Blend until a smooth paste is formed.
Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the marinade for serving later.
