Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 4 pieces Large eggs
  • 4 pieces Bacon strips
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 8 large Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, season ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Step 2

Divide the seasoned ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into thin patties.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the desired doneness is achieved. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Step 5

While the patties are cooking, in a separate pan, add the remaining olive oil and fry the bacon strips until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Step 6

In the same pan used for bacon, fry the eggs until the whites are set and yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes for sunny-side up.

Step 7

Slice the avocado into thin wedges.

Step 8

Assemble the burgers by layering two lettuce leaves per burger as a base, followed by a beef patty with melted cheese, a fried egg, crispy bacon, and avocado slices. Top with another layer of lettuce leaves to complete the wrap.

Step 9

Secure each burger with a toothpick if needed, and serve immediately.
