Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 24 slices pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.

Add the almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and salt to the melted cheese mixture. Stir until combined.

Add the egg and mix well until a dough forms. Knead the dough by hand until it’s smooth.
