  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

  • 1 large egg

  • 0.5 pound ground sausage
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free pizza sauce
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup additional mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.

Step 2

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until melted, stirring halfway through.

Step 3

Add 1.5 cups of almond flour, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt to the melted cheese mixture. Crack in 1 large egg and mix well until a dough forms.
