  • 3 medium Garlic cloves

  • 0.75 cups Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cups Vodka
  • 0.75 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.25 cups Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 3 cups Water

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add the keto penne pasta and cook as per package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
