Ingredients

  • 1 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons Desiccated coconut
  • 2 pieces Green chilies
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 10 pieces Curry leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a blender or food processor, combine roasted peanuts, desiccated coconut, green chilies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, and salt.

Step 2

Add lemon juice and water to the blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. Add more water if necessary to help with blending.

Step 3

Transfer the peanut mixture to a serving bowl.

Step 4

In a small pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Step 5

Add curry leaves to the pan and sauté for a few seconds until aromatic.

Step 6
