  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 cup Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and smooth, stirring at 30-second intervals.

Add almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, baking powder, and salt to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well until a smooth dough forms; if needed, knead with your hands.
