Ingredients

  • 400 grams Shirataki noodles (or any keto-friendly pasta)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened tomato puree
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Vodka
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes

  • to taste Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the shirataki noodles as per the package instructions. Drain, rinse thoroughly under cold water, and set aside.
