  • 2 cups Broccoli florets

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 4 leaves Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Start by prepping the ingredients: cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and separate the broccoli into small florets.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden brown.
