Ingredients

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Italian herbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the finely grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and dried Italian herbs. Mix thoroughly until the spices are evenly distributed with the cheese.

Step 3

Spoon small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, using a tablespoon to measure out each one. Make sure to leave about 2 inches between each mound to allow for spreading during baking.

Step 4

Using the back of the spoon, gently flatten each mound of cheese to form a thin circle. The thinner the circle, the crisper the final product will be.
