Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 pieces low-carb tortillas
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat evenly.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.

Step 5

In the same skillet, add the sliced red and green bell peppers. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the peppers are tender but still crisp.

Step 6

To assemble the wraps, lay out a low-carb tortilla and place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla as a base.

Step 7

Add a few strips of cooked chicken and a spoonful of cooked bell peppers onto the lettuce.

Step 8

Top with slices of avocado and a dollop of sour cream.

Step 9

Wrap the tortilla around the fillings, folding in the sides as you roll up the wrap.

Step 10

Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make all 4 wraps.

Step 11

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Keto Paprikawrap!
