Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 4 slices Keto-friendly bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 medium Green bell pepper
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set aside.

Step 2

Finely chop the green bell pepper, tomato, and red onion.

Step 3

Mince the garlic and ginger.

Step 4

In a medium skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the green bell pepper and tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
