Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 whole Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 whole Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, pureed
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

In a skillet, heat the ghee over medium heat. Add the bay leaf and cumin seeds, sauté until they become fragrant, about 1 minute.
