Ingredients

  • 400 grams Shirataki noodles
  • 60 ml Coconut aminos
  • 15 ml Sesame oil
  • 30 ml Olive oil
  • 200 grams Chicken breast
  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 100 grams Green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 100 grams Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 3 grams Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Lemon slices, for serving

Directions

Step 1

1. Prepare the shirataki noodles according to package instructions. Rinse, drain, and set aside.

Step 2

2. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with half of the salt and black pepper.

3. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until they turn golden brown and are cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

4. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

5. Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and green beans to the pan. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
