Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Boiling water
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, and salt.

Step 2

Gradually pour in the boiling water while stirring the mixture until it becomes slightly stiff.

Step 3

Add the egg and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough lightly until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, mix together the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.

Divide the dough into 20 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball, then flatten into circles about 4 inches in diameter.
