Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 4 oz Full-fat cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Corn extract
  • 0.33 cup Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 tsp Xanthan gum

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners to prevent sticking.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the cream cheese and butter together, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
