  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, heavy cream, water, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.

Let the batter sit for 5 minutes to allow the flours to absorb some of the liquid. The consistency should be thinner than pancake batter but thicker than traditional crepe batter.

Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to coat the surface.
