  • 6 pieces chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the herb marinade.

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This will help the skin get crispy.
