  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce (sugar-free)
  • 2 units Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 unit Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, and salt.

Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl, then pour them into the flour mixture along with the olive oil.

Mix the ingredients well until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more almond flour.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a long, thin rope and then cut small pieces to form orecchiette shapes.
