Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened hazelnut butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, and erythritol sweetener.

Step 2

Add the egg and unsweetened almond milk to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.

Step 3

Grease a microwave-safe mug or small dish with a non-stick spray and pour the batter into it.

Step 4

Microwave on high for about 90 seconds or until the bread is fully cooked and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
