Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup Granulated erythritol sweetener
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Sugar-free hazelnut spread
  • 0.25 cup Chopped hazelnuts

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another large bowl, mix the melted butter and erythritol sweetener until well combined.
