Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.5 cup guacamole
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 1 medium jalapeños
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Step 3

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the almond flour mixture onto the sheet in a thin, even layer.

Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the mixture is golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes, then break into chip-sized pieces.

Step 5

While the chips are baking, heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 6

Add ground beef to the skillet. Season with black pepper and additional salt to taste. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Step 7

Spread the keto chips on a large serving platter.

Step 8

Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the chips, then add cooked ground beef on top.

Step 9

Top with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.

Step 10

Garnish with chopped green onions and sliced jalapeños.

Step 11

Serve immediately and enjoy your Keto Nacho Supreme.
