  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon ghee or butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.

Step 3

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted and combined, stirring halfway through.
