Ingredients

  • 150 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Coconut flour
  • 20 grams Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 240 ml Warm water
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 50 grams (melted) Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution of ingredients.

Step 2

Add warm water to the dry ingredients and use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix until a dough begins to form.

Step 3

Stir in the olive oil and continue to mix until the dough is smooth. If the dough feels too sticky, let it rest for a few minutes to allow the coconut flour to absorb more moisture.

Step 4

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten slightly.

Dust a clean surface with a small amount of almond flour. Take one dough ball and roll it out into a thin circle about 8 inches in diameter.

Brush the rolled-out dough with melted butter, then fold the top edge to the center, repeat with the bottom, and fold in the sides, creating a square.
