Ingredients

  • 8 sticks Mozzarella string cheese
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Coconut oil or avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

Cut each mozzarella string cheese stick in half to create 16 shorter sticks.

Step 2

In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the dry coating mixture.

In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs with the tablespoon of water until combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Dip each mozzarella stick half into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then roll it in the almond flour mixture until fully coated.
