  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes
  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 90 seconds, or until the cheese is melted and can be stirred together smoothly, stopping and stirring every 30 seconds.
