Ingredients

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 large eggs, separated

Directions

Step 1

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl.

In a small saucepan, heat 120 ml of the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat before it boils.
