  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, and continue to microwave in 30-second intervals until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
