Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables: cut the broccoli into florets, slice the red bell pepper into strips, slice the zucchini into half-moons, and slice the mushrooms.

Step 2

Mince the garlic cloves and finely grate the fresh ginger.

Step 3

Chop the green onions, separating the white and green parts.

Step 4

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil.

Add the minced garlic, fresh ginger, and the white parts of the green onions to the pan. Sauté for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
