Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.25 whole Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the mixed salad greens thoroughly under cold running water. Shake off excess water or use a salad spinner to dry the greens. Set aside.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh from the peel. Cut the avocado into thin slices or cubes, according to preference.
