  • 50 grams Erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 0.5 teaspoons Cardamom powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Saffron strands
  • 2 tablespoons Pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Almonds, sliced
  • 1 teaspoons Ghee

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a small pan, melt the ghee over medium heat and lightly toast the chopped pistachios and sliced almonds until golden. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and heavy cream until smooth.

Step 4

Gradually add erythritol to the yogurt mixture, whisking continuously to ensure it dissolves properly.
