Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 12 links Sausage, breakfast or your choice of keto-friendly sausage
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1-2 minutes until melted, stirring halfway through to ensure it mixes well.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Add these dry ingredients to the melted cheese mixture.
