  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 cup Marinara sauce (sugar-free)
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 16 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, almond flour, egg, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
