Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Sugar-free tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup Mini pepperoni slices
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir, and continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until the mixture is uniformly melted and can be combined easily.
