Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground lamb or beef
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 16 pieces Wooden skewers, soaked
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt for sauce
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber, grated and drained

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, chopped mint, chopped cilantro, and lemon zest.

Mix thoroughly using your hands until all ingredients are well combined.

Divide the meat mixture into 16 even portions and shape each portion into oval mini kebab shapes. Thread onto the soaked skewers.
