  • 1 cup Mixed berries (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol sweetener, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop and let it cool slightly.
