  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 8 slices Deli turkey or ham
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard or mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
