Ingredients

  • 250 grams Chicken breast
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 80 grams Almond flour
  • 100 grams Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 stalks Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into small, thin pieces suitable for mixing with dough. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the grated mozzarella cheese and butter. Microwave on high for about 1 minute or until melted. Stir to combine.

Step 4

Add the almond flour and cream cheese to the melted cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.

Step 5

Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and press into a flat sheet. Add the chicken pieces over the dough evenly.
