Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 120 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
  • 60 ml Coconut oil or avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces approximately 1 inch in thickness.

Step 2

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Set aside.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, allowing excess egg to drip off. Then coat the chicken piece evenly with the almond flour mixture.
