Ingredients

  • 300 grams Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 6 large Lettuce leaves
  • 6 Keto-friendly wraps
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slicing the chicken breast into thin strips, approximately 1/2 inch wide.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken strips in this mixture until well coated.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for about 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips. Peel and cut the cucumber into thin slices. Halve and pit the avocado, then cut into thin slices. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

To assemble the wraps, place a keto-friendly wrap on a clean surface. Lay a lettuce leaf down the center of the wrap.
