  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Avocado oil (or any neutral oil) for frying
  • 0.25 cups Additional powdered erythritol sweetener (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, powdered erythritol, and salt. Whisk together to ensure even distribution.

In another bowl, crack in the eggs and beat them together. Add the almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter to the eggs and mix until well combined.
