  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, beaten egg, and melted butter. Mix well to form a dough.

Press the dough into the base and up the sides of a 9-inch round pie dish to form the crust. Set aside.
