  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine 1.5 cups of blanched almond flour, 4 tablespoons of melted butter, 1/4 cup of erythritol, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix well until a dough forms.

Step 3

Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.

Step 4

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 4 tablespoons of butter, 1/4 cup of erythritol, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, and 0.25 cup of sugar-free maple syrup.
