Ingredients

  • 150 grams almond flour
  • 120 grams unsalted butter
  • 50 grams erythritol sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 100 grams -granulated erythritol
  • 60 grams butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 150 grams sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, melted unsalted butter, erythritol sweetener, and vanilla extract until a dough forms.

Step 3

Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool.

Step 4

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, granulated erythritol, butter, and salt. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and turns a caramel color, about 10-12 minutes.
